Tai Chi For Adults 50 & Better Tai Chi is a moving meditation that strengthens bones and muscles, improves balance and increases flexibility. Instructor Char Hersh will use various forms of Tai Chi to create a flowing routine that can be done anywhere. She recently added Qi Gong, the movement of energy through the body.
