On Saturday, October 1 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Bear Creek Salmon Festival will return for its 12th year with the theme:
"Stewardship Flows Downhill." This admissionfree festival will feature all-ages interactive exhibits focusing on improving salmon
and wildlife habitat in our region and on watershed stewardship in our own homes and yards.
You can also enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as fly and spin-casting, exploring Bear Creek, listening to Native American drumming,
a salmon story tent and a spiral labyrinth. Live music and Sultan's Delight food cart will round out the day!
Join us at North Mountain Park, 620 N Mountain Avenue in Ashland and help make this a Zero Waste event.
